Save Database

 

Follow these steps:
1. To save information in the database, click the button on the toolbar, or choose the File\Save Database menu item.
 
2. Specify a folder and a file name in the dialogue for saving a database:
 

 
3. Click Save or press Enter on the keyboard. 

Save Database
Saves all changes immediately.

Save As
Saves a copy of the database in a file with a name you specify and opens that file.

Save Copy As
Creates a copy of the database file with a name you specify.
