  • Give a review to the product functionality, benefits and featuring:
    • as they are announced by the company's official ads and documentation;
    • test out a sample of the product to make your own impressions (concentrate your efforts at examining the core functionality);
    • express your impressions about the product's general usability and worth;
    • make a notion about any kind of interesting solutions you found in the product;
  • Finally, compare your personal impressions with what was announced by the manufacturers;
  • Describe the product customer support/service level since you contacted them:
    • explain your impressions from communicating with them;
    • assess their level of interest, technical qualification, readiness to help, and politeness;
    • review available customer support/service options (delivery and post-delivery activities);
  • Identify the product's ongoing status and position on the market;
  • Review the product pricing (whether it is competitive in comparison against alternatives);
  • Review special/promotional offers with discounts, gifts, etc;
  • Appraise level of activity and interest demonstrated by the customers or product community towards the product;
