  TESTIMONIALS
"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

1. Define Type of Your Process.

  • Realization Type. If successful development of your process creates some value then such a process has the realization type.
  • Support Type. If the process is indirect and does not bring some value, then it has the support type.

2. Set up Goals.

  • Use special techniques to establish goals of your process. For example, you can use the SMART method to set up specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound goals.

  • Make sure the goals do not conflict with each other. They should only supplement each other but not be contradictory.
  • Set priority and order of execution per goal. For example, you can use the ABC method for this purpose.
  • Make a preliminary estimation of available resources to find out if they are enough for reaching goals of your process.

3.  Plan for Development.

  • Define requirements of your process. For example, if you develop a product improvement process you need to gather requirements from end-users (what features of the product they would like to be better or improved).
  • Schedule activities. Make a detailed schedule of work to be done to develop the process according to its goals.
  • Define budget. Define an amount of financial resources required for meeting the goals and producing outputs of the process.
  • Define non-financial resources. Define what skills, knowledge, advice, and other kinds of non-financial resources are required for developing the process.
  • Allocate HR. Define what people will be involved in the development procedure and then make appropriate assignments.
  • Training. Examine if there is a need for your staff to get training necessary for developing the process.

4.  Control Development.

  • Make a list of performance measures to evaluate the process during ...
