Process General Control Establishment:

  • Define the acceptable level of Maintenance costs to keep the process profitable;
  • Establish the procedures and proper toolbox to be wielded by the process’s main stakeholders to rule the process flow and monitor the main measures across it (Controls as a single apparatus comprising smaller functional leverages);
  • Define the Indicators (KPI – the key measurable indicators which make it possible to determine whether the process performance is being carried out successfully);
  • Define the system of documentation to be maintained during the process control run;
