- Plan the menu.
- Buy decorations and favors.
- Make arrangements for the things you'll need to hire or rent.

- Make your shopping list and don't forget about:

- Hats

- Check your guest list and remind those who haven't responded.
- Make as much food as possible in advance and freeze it.
- Make mix tapes or CDs.
