Food and water
Prepare one gallon of water per person per day and boil it for 3 minutes, you can also prepare bottled water, juice or milk boxes, powdered milk, instant coffee, tea or other beverages, ice that can be drunk after it melts
- Water for preparation and sanitation
- Canned vegetables and fruits, dried fruits and raw vegetables
- Bread, sugar, salt, pepper
- Children food
Prepare foods for infants and elder children; don't forget about the special diet, if they have it
Spaghetti, chicken, canned soups, fish, ham, beef, fruits, pudding and so on.
Buy the non-perishable food beforehand, freeze it and put in a box, store the ice, turn the fridge to the coldest level, try to rarely open it
Cookies, crackers, peanut butter, jelly, nuts, candies, etc.

- Paper plates, cups, forks, spoons, knives, napkins
- Clean your bathtub carefully and fill it with the extra drinking water
