  TESTIMONIALS
"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

Essential Employee Behaviors:

  • Punctuality: a good employee behavior is trying to be at work on time. Arriving for meetings on time is a simple business etiquette which everyone should stick to. Punctuality is a great employee behavior that may indicate qualities such as diligence and self-disciplining;
  • Telephone Conversation Ethics and Tone: as far as you can’t make eye contact with people whom you are speaking to by phone (even if you are using video-conferencing, visual contact is insufficient yet), it is vitally important for your business reputation to sound calm, friendly and polite. One of behaviors of a good employee is practicing good manners when speaking by phone;
  • Having Meal at Workplace: avoid eating at your desk as this behavior is one of the most widespread bad manners which many office workers suffer from. Your major meals or even snacks should be consumed privately or at the places that are dedicated to this purpose. When people think that eating at workplace can save their time it is a self-deception – you cannot fully concentrate at your job when having a meal. Better take a short break to enjoy your lunch;
  • Appearance and hygiene: a very important behavior is continuous maintenance of a pleasant appearance. This includes neat clothing, good oral health, proper grooming, using mild perfumes, etc. Females should avoid doing makeup at the desk, as this is a poor practice (makeup should be done before going to work – at home, or in the rest room);
  • Emotional Stability: healthy composure is one of the greatest traits for business. A person who is able to control his emotions is one who can do a great job every day in spite of some stressful conditions. Staying calm, reasonable and productive (even when facing stress and troubles) is an advantageous behavior which is highly valued on the jobs where emergent conditions may happen from time to time.
  • Conflict Prevention and Resolution: one of the desired employee behaviors is ability to be friendly and proactively helpful (collaborative) when dealing with customers and co-workers. A person with such an attitude seeks not only a way to resolve interpersonal problems when they arise, but also consciously tries to prevent conflicts in the bud;
  • Keeping Personal Problems Personal: a proper behavior is to avoid talking about family, financial or relationship problems with co-workers and managers at work. One of the signs of professionalism is ability to secure balance between interests of business and personal life;
  • Following Procedures: instructions at work are composed to ensure the most effective way to complete typical tasks, hence good knowledge of instructions and observing of procedures is a behavior that allows reducing errors and other problems. However, real life requires ad-hoc solutions from time to time, so good knowledge of corporate procedures should be combined with a flexible mindset;
  • Body Language: an employee should behave positively......
