Filter and Category Bar

How do I reset my defaults for filter and category bar. By default they are in the upper and lower right of the application window. Some how I have gotten them separated and I now can not get them in the same window, they are two tags and I want to resort them to the original position ie both being in the same window.

You can do the following:
- Double click on the headers of the bars

or

- Delete DSK files: If you have VIP Organizer
1. Close the application.
2. Go to: C:\Program Files\VIP Quality Software\VIP Organizer\dsk and delete all files in dsk folder (but don't delete the folder itself).
3. Restart the VIP Organizer.
