I have finished an evaluation and loved the product. However, without a shared database I find the product unusable in a team environment. I love the simplicity of the product and found Task manager (both versions) to complicated for our needs (more project based and not task based). If you add this feature I will buy 20 licenses immediately. Not interested in Task Manager though.

I would also like to see this feature. We want to use this to replace paper 15 minute run sheets (routine checks) and this product is the ONLY one that lets me have tasks that have recurrance in the minutes. It works perfectly for this purpose, but I can't share it with my staff or track whether tasks are being done. Shared database would be very helpful and a definite buy for me
