Send to FTP problems, Files empty

The files are created in the FTP folder but are left empty. The software just stalls for 300 seconds and gives an error at the end about not being able to complete. Anyone else seen this problem?

Victoria Guest	#2 07/04/2007 06:35:00 Dear Michel Ferland, It is possible that the user which information you entered in "User" field in FTP folder, doesn't have permissions to edit or create files.

I then tried again with VIP Team Todo List and I get the same problem, the file is created but stays empty on the FTP server. The software times out after 300 seconds.
